Please contact us if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving the order. Please note that Monogrammed, Personalized, Special-order items, and Items Damaged through Normal wear and Tear are Not eligible for return.

Items should have all of its original tags and should have not been worn/used. Please note: If clothing is returned with signs of use (i.e., stains, odors, fading, or any damage), Lainey Loves Apparel May Not accept it for a refund or as a return.

Follow these instructions when returning items

Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID to obtain your order number

Place the order number with the reason for the return

Choose the product you wish to return or exchange from your order.
Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
Send all items back to Lainey Loves Apparel LLC using the label provided.
